Dalis Connell's Workout Plan

It seems almost every single day, tons of fans are asking Dalis Connell how she keeps in such good shape and what advice she can give to them to do the same. Whether it be new mothers looking to shed baby weight, or just fans looking to get healthier-they're all asking. She tweeted this workout plan over the Summer when she got tons of requests for it but the amount of requests has definitely risen since. Fans are asking her to create a website or YouTube channel for her to make workout videos, post diet tips, etc. She has definitely started considering it based on the amount of people asking her to help train online since they can't train with her in Chattanooga. Dalis is a licensed personal trainer, so she is able to do this. This a screenshot of what she posted this Summer. Of course, she runs track for college so she does a ton more running, weight lifting, etc but this is what she does when she is not in season.
